Nike have announced a 5 year deal which will see them take the reigns as kit sponsor to English Football’s 24 different national teams, sponsorship of both Wembley Stadium and the FA Cup, and even support of St.Georges Park (English Football’s Development Centre). The news comes just a few months after the earlier announcement of Nike’s that they would be selling Umbro and Cole Haan. With the extensive history between Umbro and England – there is bound to be some debate over this deal.
