A few months ago, Nike announced it was looking to sell Cole Haan, Umbro and other acquired brands. Well today they announced that they’ve reached a definitive agreement to sell Umbro to Iconix Brand Group, Inc. for $225 million USD. The transaction is expected to be complete by the end of 2012.
