Late last year, Peroni Nastro Azzurro held the first Amici di Peroni lunch at Oneroa vineyard on Waiheke Island, New Zealand. Catering to a list of invitees that included some of NZ’s most influential creative and business figures, Hayden McMillan, head chef at TriBeCa – one of Auckland’s top restaurants – created a 5-course degustation menu designed to compliment Peroni.
