Nowness continue their In Residence series with a look inside the East London abode of Italian architect and designer, Claudio Silvestrin. Much of the aesthetic found in Silvestrin’s work around the world can also be identified in his own home, as we are introduced to a considered and rather tranquil space, filled with light, shadow and epic, structural forms. The architect believes spaces can suffer under the presence of too many objects, and he contemplates this design philosophy in the video below.
