Throwback Thursday

Come the close of Super Bowl XLVIII on Sunday, 53 players on one team are going to get to do a lot of partying. That means they’ll be popping up in public without their uniforms and though many an NFL-er might consider themselves good dressers (and some are, i.e. Victor Cruz), the soon-to-be victorious should tread lightly.

#Menswear is a dangerous game.

Exhibit A for this fine line between fashionable and fashion faux pas is Deion Sanders. He’s gone a little off the rails recently with this sort of thing, but there was a time when he weirdly kind of killed it (see below).

The fit — and the bling — might be wrong, but for better or for worse, Mr. Sanders’ outfit could pass for a 2014 Hypebeast’s get-up.
