Paying tribute to two decades of originality on the slopes, Vans presents a 20 minute film entitled 20 Years: Off the Wall, On the Snow. The film acts as a definitive retrospective of the last two decades of Vans‘ snowbound heritage, as told to filmmakers Mike Hatchett and Travis Robb, by original team riders Shaun Palmer, Circe Wallace and Kurt Wastell. Also featuring the likes of Pat Moore, Jamie Lynn, Darrell Mathes, and iconic Vans athletes like legendary skater John Cardiel and big wave surfer Nathan Fletcher, we see how snowboarding developed, and explores it’s roots in both skateboarding and surfing, which ultimately resulted in an entirely new style.
