Tech followers would have been all too aware over the legal battles which saw Apple take Samsung to court over patent claims, the biggest being over Apple’s popular iOS interface and Samsung infringements. A quick verdict was reached today with a massive result however, a result which see’s Samsung ordered to pay Apple $1.049 billion. The biggest question left to answer, is what role will this decision play in the future of the mobile phone and technology industry.
