Here is an Australian brand that is doing some great things for their latest Spring Summer 2009-10 menswear collection; Chronicles Of Never. This was a brand that I had always previously grouped into a ‘new wave’ section in my head, but it seems I was definitely wrong. This collection is great. I really like the silhouettes and distortion of figure. The basic pieces look as if they are of high quality fabrics by the way the drape and hang. The styling of this look book is definitely nice, and adds to the collection’s aesthetic immensely. Looks like Chronicles Of Never may be steering clear of the Australian stereotype and heading for global success. Watch their space. See full collection here.
