Louis Vuitton have invited Turner Prize-winning artist Jeremy Deller to create a really spectacular installation inside the London store. Deller offers a really unique approach with his interpretation of contemporary art having filled Tate Britain with bouquets and organising concerts in the countryside. This garden inside the luxury labels store is on point with the works he has created and coincides with the stores opening in London’s Shepherds Bush.
“Designed as a contemporary symbol of sustainability and natural energy – the garden should bring a little life to Louis’s latest retail bolthole. Working seamlessly in line with the current trend for economic responsibility, Deller has designed the project to compliment ‘London’s love for a good garden’. At the close of Deller’s botanical presentation, the garden will be donated to the Hammersmith Community Gardens Project – a suitably philanthropic act on the part of one of Britain’s artistic gems.”
