Neighborhood and NGAP have collaborated to release a rather interesting Jacket featuring work from NGAP’s very own artist Skoloct. The Jacket features a fleece hood with the body of the jacket smeared and splattered in white and brown paint, giving it an interesting contruction-worker like aesthetic.
