We have just shown you the new Spring/Summer clothing collection from Opening Ceremony and now we can share their footwear collection for next year too.
For me their shoes have always been their most succesful offering. Interesting without being too “interesting” they have a great ability to take classic shapes and add flamboyant features and touches without making them too gauche or just plain ridiculous. The Spring/Summer range includes some of the styles we have seen in previous seasons including their sadle shoe and oxfords plus features like their wood and leather and black ripple soles, however this season sees them add a chunkier feel to the collection which was relatively slim and low-profile last summer with the addition of a Dr Marten style air wear sole. Highlights include the Oxfords with side zip and the suede pleat effects.
