Oki-Ni have been gradually building a really good selection of Japanese footwear otherwise not available outside of Japan. Rootage is the newest to add to the mix, basing their footwear around the concept of ‘onkochisin’ meaning ‘to learn from the past in order to develop new skills and knowledge’. Their mission is to highlight the exceptional quality of Japanese production and factories, we think they’ve accomplished that pretty well. The quality and design of these is impeccable.
