Ralph Lauren’s RRL label endured off the back of timely trends a resurrection unlike no other. And deserved it was. No matter what labels come about and try to reinvent the past through creating authentic workwear, its pretty hard to beat someone who’s been doing it for as long as we remember. The chino’s beat out anyone, the denim is superb, the shirts as good as any, when it comes an any argument of authenticity you can’t argue RRL does it best, and 2009 saw the brand come into its own.
