SLAMXHYPE is an independently owned website aimed to provide and inspiring our readership with ground breaking news from the ‘Street Culture’ world. From far and wide topics including art & design, fashion, film & books and music from all over the globe. While in addition we provide interviews with some of the most influential names from within the culture, and our monthly feature of The New Order which is provided in the manner of an online magazine. Here is a bit about the people behind SLAMXHYPE.

Adam Bryce, Creative Director

Renowned fashion stylist and writer, Adam Bryce, created SLAMXHYPE in 2003. Initially set up as Adam’s personal blog, the site attracted a lot of attention and grew organically into what you see today. The site currently features a cast of talented and knowledgeable editors and writers based in Tokyo, London, Los Angeles, and New York.

James Bryce, Editor in Chief

The Editor in Chief of SLAMXHYPE is Adam Bryce’s brother, James Bryce. The two grew up obsessing over fashion, art, and pop culture, with influences based on high fashion, street fashion, fine art, and graffiti. James now heads the carefully selected group of editors, with Adam taking the role of Creative Director.

Le Messie, Art Director

Along with the new direction and philosophy that has evolved at SLAMXHYPE over the years the importance of design and aesthetics have come to play a pivotal role in the brands direction. SLAMXHYPE is pleased to have appointed close friend Le Messie as the brands Art Director, with his success, credibility and knowledge of the industry and culture he will oversee all aspects of the sites look and feel, along with the art direction and focus on THE NEW ORDER.
