Music, for the most part, is a huge part of everyones life and every now and then, we are introduced to a number musical geniuses. Take an individual like Mark Ronson for instance, it is safe to say he is somewhat the musical genius given his career and the innovation it is based on. For his most recent project, Mark spent a significant amount of time with men and women Olympians capturing the sounds from each athletes hop, skip, and a jump in order to produce a soundtrack for the Olympics. In addition to the music, a film directed by Kim Gehrig entitled, “Beat 2012” will accompany the music, as it documents the entire journey. As a preview, they’ve produced a trailer giving us a sneak peak of whats to come.
