Mykestro continue to release thought provoking material and with his redux of Stat Quo’s “In California”, the subject matter became the environment that he lives everyday. His struggles as a artist, the failures of the music industry and his back story are all touched upon in this heartfelt track. The California hip-hop scene hasn’t seen a introverted track like this in sometime.
