TDE may have branched out from its LA roots when the label signed signed Tennessee native Isaiah Rashad, but the 21-year-old spitter’s thoughtful, lyrically-driven “Ronnie Drake” is reminiscent of TDE’s money maker, Kendrick Lamar.

The Fredo Tovar and Scott Fleishman-directed visuals bring Rashad back to his hometown of Chattanooga for a not-at-all-glitzy soirée of hoopties and weed smoke. Singing the hook is SZA, the first female artist to get the TDE co-sign.

Rashad has announced his Cilvia mixtape, but hasn’t set a release date yet For now, visit his SoundCloud for more.
