This Levis colaboration is part of two projects, the 3rd installment of their Artist Series, which includes jeans by Kaws and Matzu, and the 10th anniversary of Staple. Staple’s 10th anniversary in my opinion has become one of the most successful in terms of product offerings of any anniversary celebrations I can remember. Releasing in November, these jeans are a great way for Jeff to cap off his year. Levi’s are showin through these projects of late, that they have embraced the culture and industry, and moved forward along way since those days of the Alife Colab, being to my knowledge one of their first movements within this culture. Of course these Staple jeans will be hard to find, but show some subtle detailing which make the denim very wearable, something that in denim colaborations can so easily go wrong.
