With so many other traditional manufacturers and inparticular Outerwear companies finding their new niche within streetwear’s new generation, it seems only fitting that one of the great outerwear companies, Norwegian’s Helly Hansen, should also play their part in this movement. They have teamed up with Japans mackdaddy to produce this hi tech jacket, a jacket that includes all the technologies used by Helly Hansen in their Volvo Ocean Race products, one of the toughest sporting events on earth, leaving me with no doubt the functionality of this jacket is un-matched, combining with the the bold colour choice of Mackdaddy, this jacket is one of the best this season.
