The classic and iconic Nike Cortez will be seeing a radical new makeover this coming Spring/Summer courtesy of Nike Sportswear. The Cortez will see some significant weight loss, an increase in comfort, and some maximum flexibility, as well as an updated monicker to reflect these changes: the Nike Sportswear Cortez Fly Motion. You will also notice the addition of Flywire, which adds another dimension to this piece of footwear, as it makes the shoe much lighter, while enhancing its durability. The Cortez Fly Motion and other pieces from Nike Sportswear’s Spring/Summer 2009 collection will be released this weekend at The Montalbán in Los Angeles.
