Rick Rodney runs Reserve in Los Angeles, but in addition to that, he is quite the photographer. I received an email indicating that his site had been updated with some new pictures of the Santa Monica pier, so I had to take a look. I had seen his site before and marveled at the images he captures on camera; a broad spectrum of human emotions from those of a festive nature, to those of desolateness.
