With so many brands jumping on the craze of fix gear bike riding, here is another tribute to the cult following sport. Adidas have released a Samba style sneaker, called the ‘fixie’, which have been purpose made for benefitting fix gear riding. With obvious color choices of black and brown the three adidas stripes and laces are in neon yellow for bike riding safety and the shoes have been shaped and moulded for both comfort and speed. I would have thought a possible cover for the laces section or none at all may have been more friendly to fix gear riding than that of neon laces but I guess it all comes down to how your feet look on your pedals that counts these days. No release date has been set but have a look at the two color ways here.
