Originally trained as a painter, Alyssa Norton founded her eponymous label in 2004, refining her early minimalist designs with an experimental approach to the use of contrasting materials. Seen above are exclusive images of the designer’s jewellery collection for Spring/Summer 2012, shot in Morocco. Staying true to form, contrast remains an important aspect of construction, with materials such as silver, silk yarn and braided, hand painted leather all utilized, resulting in bold yet wearable jewellery.
