Balmain Homme draws on the aviation style of yesteryear in its Fall/Winter 2012-13 collection lookbook. Strong tailoring is present throughout the collection, from immaculate shirting – with and without collars – to heavy overcoats and knits. Of course a couple of interpretations of the leather jacket are present as well – as they should be in any 1940′s-military-referencing collection. Trousers are slim and notably include a bold pink pair, and what would the F/W collection be without the inclusion of the brand’s omnipresent motorcycle boot?
