The Design Museum in London has recently opened a retrospective of the iconic French shoe designer Christian Louboutin, celebrating a career that has pushed the boundaries of high fashion shoe design. Louboutin has been producing inspirational designs for over 20 years, and at the core of the exhibition audiences will be taken through every stage of the design journey, revealing how a shoe is constructed, from the initial drawing and first prototype through to production in the factory. The exhibition will run through 9 July, 2012.
