For the Buttero Spring/Summer 2011 Collection, the footwear label has compiled an eco-friendly collection of natural sneakers. Featuring recycled rubber soles, made from scraps recovered from industrial process combined with various color granules to create a marbled finish, the sneakers also feature a natural coconut fiber insole, obtained from coconut husk and displaying impressive qualities such as light weight, breathability and isolation. To complete an impressive design, the uppers are made from vegetable tanned leather, a process based on the use of natural tannins from trees and the only one that can impart unique properties to the leather, combining comfort and aesthetics, versatility and highlighting a unique collection.
