The Issey Miyake Autumn/Winter 2012 Collection makes for a compromising installation from the young design team at the Japanese fashion house. Staying true to the design ethos that the Japanese design installaed and thrived from in the 80′s and 90′s, the evolution is evident. Disconstructed tailoring and coats, vibrant knitwear, loose trousers, heavily pleated trousers are all elements that define the collection. While the pallet of colors is a balance of black and vibrant shades,, the use of red is evident of the aesthetic while the use of bold patterns completes a great look.
