The new away French kit of the National Football Team was presented on Monday 7th by Nike, and the list of the 11 players of the Away project is now complete! With a design inspired by the famous “marinière”. Nike gives its own version of the French icon, together with its last innovations: a lightweight fabric featuring Nike Dri-FIT technology and engineered ventilation systems, coupled with ergonomic cut and soft cotton feel. So Nike, official sponsor of the national French team, will join on March 28th Chanel, Colorware, Comme des Garçons, Hermès, Ladurée, Longchamp, MontBlanc, Swatch, Trousselier, Yves Saint Laurent, and their iconic products, striped in blue too, around the Away project the kit is seen for the first time in photography shot by a true icon of the fashion and photography world, Karl Lagerfeld. The photo, wich captures the revolutionary elegance of the away kit, features Alou Diarra, one of the faces of the new era of the French team.
The kit also embraces Nike’s Considered Design approach and – along with the home kit launched earlier this year – is Nike’s most environmentally sustainable kit to date.
