Following the opening of GIP-STORE in Tokyo late last year, I thought it would be a good idea to catch up with founder of the store and WTAPS and 40% AGAINST THE RIGHTS brands Tetsu Nishiyama on POST NEW. Continuing to make a positive impact in the scene in Tokyo with a refined balance that draws together elements from punk to militia to an ironic take on the media scene. Having been a strong influence with the previous retail space, blackflag, I asked the question about the decision to change.
