Being no stranger to this particular publication, Visvim gets together with SENSE magazine once again for another installment of the “Text in Visvim” editorial. Naturally, they put together a great editorial that showcases some of the highlight pieces from their Fall/Winter 2012 collection that are currently available at F.I.L. locations as well as other visvim stockist worldwide. Amongst some of the newer pieces, including the kimono style robes and the Tabi Shosiko-Folk shoe, they reintroduce a few gore-tex classics as well as the new Virgil boot. The Virgil boot is constructed with German Deerskin and an upper that has been hand dyed using mud and indigo techniques—techniques often used during the Japanese Edo period. While the prices for visvim are not the most desirable, the virgils sitting at ¥176, 400 JPY (approximately $2, 298 USD) is a clear indication price will not come down.
