Shoes Like Pottery are a Japanese company who make impeccable canvas and rubber footwear based on the classic styles produced by BF Goodrich and Converse in years passed. What sets these shoes apart, however, is the manufacturing process; the rubber is attached to the canvas shoe by baking it in a kiln. This process creates a soft and highly flexible sole with increased durability. The high level of craftsmanship is achieved by skilled workers who hand-make the shoes at the MoonStar factory in Kurume, Japan. Shoes Like Pottery canvas sneakers can be found at South Willard.
