American designer Thom Browne has released three shirts as part of his Spring/Summer 2010 collection.  Featuring two Oxford Shirts and a striped button down, the designer aims to maintain the sportswear/preppy amalgamation theme which has inspired this collection.

Durable cottons suggest Browne’s desire for his products to ‘age-well’, perhaps giving nod to financial constraints which undoubtedly surround the market, whilst ‘classic’ colour choices denote feelings of ‘basics’ – allowing outerwear pieces to be those making the statement within the collection.
