Theres nothing new about a Tricker’s collaboration, but what is different is that up till now Trickers had mainly collaborated with heritage inspired boutiques and labels such as Junya Watanabe, with ASOS, we see a new approach. For those not familar ASOS is a UK concept store not dissimilar to Urban Outfitters. This see’s Trickers break into a more mainstream market, and also see’s the continuation of ASOS drive into a more influencer orientated market, if you remember they recently had their look book and print ads shot by Todd Selby. This is all irrelevant at the end of the day when it comes to the shoes, which of course follow the same Tricker’s level of craft and the wedge soled styles look great.
