“Shoe Porn” was one of the most over-used clichés in menswear last year and will hopefully meet its demise in 2014. “Shoe Art” on the other hand, is a far more subtle term: does it mean shoes decorated by an artists or does it mean art featuring shoes?

Either way, the laser-cut croc-pattern leather sneakers that En Noir X Buscemi have designed for Barneys along with the product shots they they’ve created to showcase them are both “Shoe Art”.

The shoes are handmade in Italy and feature over-sized geometric flaps and small black padlock at the heal and padded tongue and “Buscemi EN” branding at the toe. The under-exposed, under-saturated photos capture the elegant Film Noir feel that En Noir brings to all their creations.

If you have $975, go to Barney’s webstore to pre-order them.
