UK’s END has worked together with Japan’s Journal Standard to produce an exclusive capsule collection of new designs for SS14. Since summer is the key word, the range incorporates a number of unique floral prints, applied to lightweight linen and breezy blends with relaxed and unstructured cuts. Starting with an eye-catching blazer, they then move on to classically styled shirts, shorts and tees, with a bucket hat thrown in as the trendy icing on this sartorial cake.

While many of these sort of retailer collabs seem to fall a bit flat, this one stands out as representative of both brands’ aesthetic values, based on the fact that they really just want to make good-quality staples with a twist.
