Engineered Garments broke new ground earlier this week, holding their first ever runway show at the Nepenthes space in Hell’s Kitchen, NYC. As one would expect, the result was classic EG, with a collection that reinvigorates the brand’s love of workwear standards – which aren’t actually ‘standard’ at all, but are completely exceptional. As is befitting of a runway show, some of the pieces seen above are slightly more full-on than what you might wear on the day-to-day, while of course Daiki Suzuki’s knack for detail-for-detail’s-sake is prevalent, and welcomed.
