Swedish based footwear label Eytys have enjoyed great success over a very short period of time — having only launched the brand last year — and this collaboration with Rhys Coren adds to their growing image. Talented multi media artist Coren’s work is inspired by late ’80′s, early 90′s football goalkeeper kit designs, and the Acid House scene from the same period. Whoa. What? That’s confusing, in a very awesome way. Eytys have turned to Coren because his work evokes bitter sweet memories of candied colorful Kellog’s cereal boxes, and of being ten years old and glued to the TV without a care in the world. Here is a look at one of the designs from the collection that is available now from colette.
