As you would have heard Alexander McQueen’s S/S 2010 collection went away from the traditional runway presentation, and instead opted for a look book and accompanying short film by David Sims. He explores the creative process and the psychology behind it, which eventually leads him towards a journey into the mindset and wardrobe of an artist. Through this collaborative experiment, you get to sense the agony felt by an artist when exploring creative ideas. In this collection we see interesting patterns being used, which first appeared in last years womenswear collection, and altered vest and suit jackets.
