I’m a huge fan of Nicolas Ghesquiere, and I’ve been a fan of the Balenciaga menswear collections of late too, I feel though, that while the inspiration is great and the use of shape and colour is bold, perhaps its production is far too literal this time around. That said, when the collection hits shelves, as is always the case, you can already see particular garments in amongst this collection working, and the overall theme is inspiring none-the-less. Take a look for yourself, perhaps the Barnabé Hardy era at Balenciaga Homme was a bigger success?
