Bamford Watch Department have unveiled two impressive custom Rolex Milgauss models with the “Polaris” and “Sonar.” First produced for professional scientific applications and designed to withstand the effects of intense magnetism, Bamford has provided the Rolex Milgauss model’s dial a handsome reworking. The “Polaris” model features a striking scientific dial reminiscent of 1950′s design while the case and bracelet of the watch are customized with a black, military grade PVD coating. Featuring the same black, military grade PVD coating, the “Sonar” features a dial design inspired by naval radar displays of the past. The “Sonar” is available to order directly from Bamford Watch Department’s new website while the “Polaris” is limited to only 25 pieces.
