This project between Dr. Martens and A.Sauvage makes for something noteworthy with a series of rendition of the Steed 3 Eye for autumn/winter 12. Legendary British footwear brand Dr. Martens has teamed up with contemporary suit-cutter A.Sauvage to create a fresh take on their classic 3-eye lace-up. Using glossy finishes, bold prints, and treated leather, the footwear collaboration is a sophisticated addition for autumn/winter. The Derby Shoe features various motifs, starting with a hard-wearing leather piece with a black upper and contrasting white sole, another crafted from A.Sauvage’s signature woven kente silk, while the final piece features a rich brown colour and a glossy finish.
