Filson Cloth Bomber
Filson bolsters a rich history that dates back to 1987 when Clinton C. Filson founded C.C. Filson’s Pioneer Alaska Clothing and Blanket Manufacturers. Specializing in goods to outfit the stampeders to the Klondike Gold Rush, it was his own experiences in the Yukon that set the concept for superior quality and over the years, Filson’s philosophy has never changed: make sure it’s the absolute best. Clinton Filson spent a lot of time talking to his customers and refining his designs to their specifications.
In more recent times Filson has embraced the online culture to produce items exclusive to their online store. This season the Filson Cloth Bomber is the subject of much attraction, maintaining a minimal design and impressive construction, finished with a lightweight oiled Shelter Cloth and lined with comfortable cotton. To boast, the piece features a moleskin collar and knitted cuffs and is water-resistant and wind-resistant. The finish is completed with some great pockets and the length may be a bonus for some with the toggle waist band a highlight.
Available for a more than appropriate $109USD from the Filson website.
