One of the best new brands to emerge from the heritage trend is the aptly named Heritage Research,they have really impressed us with their classically  themed pieces with a modern twist.   Their latest take on this for the Spring/Summer 2010 is a collaboration with the ubiquitous Quoddy footwear brand to create this unique take on their popular Grizzly boot.

The low profile moccasin boot has been recreated in a two tone leather effect, with a Russet Bison lower and Peanut leather upper part with a Chocolate deerskin bellows tongue, and featuring the brand’s “Lazy Arrow” logo stitch on the toe.  The most interesting feature though is a unique slim version of the Vibram which has been specially developed to mimic the traditional moccasin sole.

Due to be available from Heritage Research stockists in April.
