J.Crew have compiled this impressive film that provides a behind-the-scenes look into the factories of high-quality shirting manufacturers in Italy. J. Crew Creative Director and President Jenna Lyons accompany men’s designer Frank Muytjens on this educational trip to see how the highest quality materials are produced from start to finish as well as hand picking the material for J. Crew products. Perhaps the most notable parts of this short documentary is the visit to Thomas Mason, who dates back to 1876 along with the illustrious Crespi factory, which opened their doors in 1797.
