Contemporary Fix have curated another project of great interest with this project between mastermind JAPAN and noodle restaurant Chan So. The pop-up noodle shop will include two different recipes of JAPAN COOL and JAPAN BLACK. The JAPAN COOL recipe is mushrooms, eggplant, roasted yams and avacado while the JAPAN BLACK recipe includes homemade chili oil, horse mackerel and fatty Iberian pork completing two very unique tastes. “MASTER NOODLE!” will open between January 8th and 10th at Contemporary Fix with each dish coming with a collectible mastermind JAPAN bowl.
