This new Elka Cagoule from Norse Projects makes for a great addition to the Danish labels current collection. It’s a garment with a very British sensibility from the distinctly Scandinavian label with their skate heritage bringing an extra dimension to the garment, with enough room to layer up underneath while still appearing tailored.
