The technical aspect of  Outlier is one to really appreciate as they combine this with traditional design ethos to provide a compromising aesthetic. The New York-based label have compiled a new initiative with this “In A Technical Nature” as part of their offerings for fall/winter 2011 collection, which makes for a welcome release. Consisting a variety of finishes like cotton, wool, and down layers provided with a more substantial function with the use of nanotech infused nylons and water-resistant treatment.
