If you remember about a year ago, …… Research came out with a series of “Mountain Men” figures made of 100% polyurethane. The set featured four revolutionaries — Mao Zedong, Karl Marx, Vladimir Ilyich Lenin and Henry David Thoreau – each dressed in a hiking outfit with rucksacks and hiking boots resembling the labels sensibilities. Here is a welcome addition with a second “Mountain Men” installment, this time consisting of a band of influential hikers who are relaxing as they have established base camp for the night. Crafted by Japanese hand craftsmanship, this collection is expected to be available sometime in May at select retailers, including Garbstore.
