Yohji Yamamoto For Hermès | The Yohji Bag

Since its appearance on the runway back in 2008, the Yohji Yamamoto and Hermès collaboration has been a highly anticipated product which Hermès and Yohji fans never really heard anymore of after the show. It is not until now in 2010, the “Yohji Bag” will finally see it’s long awaited release. Designed by Yohji Yamamoto, and produced in the Hermès workshop. The “Yohji Bag” features the prized natural Barenia leather (originally used for saddles, known for it’s beautiful patina overtime). Available in three sizes (35cm, 38cm, 41cm) with a price tag of $40,000HKD ($5,150USD). An ultra clean classic shoulder bag perfect for all your documents and laptop needs. A croc leather version was also seen on the runway show in 08, but will not be included in the 2010 release unfortunately.
