After what could only have been one of the most enduring setbacks in sneaker production history, the much anticipated Footpatrol x Saucony ‘Only in Soho’ Shadow 6000 is finally set for a release. The collaboration is to be celebrated by an event tonight in Soho, London from 7pm-9pm with a “main show” at 8.3opm, while the official release of the sneaker will follow in-store this coming Saturday, 2nd November.

The highly coveted Shadow 6000 pulls cues from the flamboyant and grimy streets of Footpatrol’s homeground in Soho, with high quality blue suede panels, red 3M, and speckled grey mid sole signifying the neon lights and dingy alleyways of the redlight district. While dual Footpatrol x Saucony branding appears on both tongues, a black insole features a stitched ‘Only in Soho’ insignia; an in-house term used amongst the Footpatrol Team that refers to what can only be described as the “strange going-ons” in the infamous entertainment district of Soho.

The Footpatrol x Saucony Shadow 6000 is said to have been produced in very limited numbers with only 600 pairs worldwide, and will be available from 10am this Saturday at Footpatrol.
